Newman Students Get Planting
Student leaders at Newman College have been busy planting, with lots of diffent aspects to their project. Planting has included a sustainable veggie patch and native plants on the street front.
Another part of the project is the planting of a legacy tree that will grow to provide large shade coverage for everyone to enjoy for decades to come.
The project was possible thanks to the donation of plants from the local council, the City of Stirling. “We’re proud to be part of this fantastic initiative that promotes sustainability, community spirit, and environmental stewardship” said the school.
