St Mark’s Goes Yellow for Daffodil Day

St Mark’s Anglican Community School in Perth recently went yellow for Daffodil Day.

All students were encouraged to wear an item of yellow on the day. The day also featured a cake stall (photo below) and for a gold coin donation students were able to get their faces painted. There was also a ‘Guess the number of lollies in the jar’ game.

Daffodil Day fundraises money to assist the Cancer Council with the early detection of cancer and help to provide live saving treatment for those in need. Many families from the school also purchased bunches of daffodils to support the cause.
