Year 6 students from West Greenwood Primary School in Western Australia have gifted a farewell mural that includes a special message about the uniqueness of their school. Each student researched the traditional greeting from their cultural heritage which became part of the design.
The mural, which is designed in the school colours and includes cartoon students wearing the uniform, features 18 different traditional greetings from around the world.
As well as being finished before the graduating class departs, the project was delivered just in time for Unity Week which begins on October 23 and concludes on October 31.
