Whilst people far and wide engaged with the important message behind RUOK Day, staff and students at Peter Carnley Anglican Community School took it to a whole new level.
The school, located in Wellard Western Australia, created a huge variety of ways for their community to engage in RUOK Day. Activities on offer included workshops, challenges, games, mindfulness tasks and exercises.
The message that flowed through the entire day was ‘reminder to check in with the people in your world who might be going through a tough time, whenever it’s needed.’
