Red Ribbons Share Hope During Lockdown

Students at Toorak College are still learning from home whilst the Melbourne region remains in lockdown.

The front fence (pictured) has been dedicated for ‘messages of hope’ using red ribbons. When students pass the school during a walk or bike ride they are encouraged to add a message on a ribbon.

The ribbons are a symbol of unity, showing that even while students are apart, they are part of a strong community. The messages are on the front of the school so that thhey can be enjoyed by the broader community.
