Student Action on Climate Change

Students from Lismore, in central Victoria, are inspired to protest political inaction on climate change and the Adani coal mine.

To have a positive influence, these students (pictured) have connected with a nation wide movement called ‘School Strike 4 Climate Change’.

The campaign is gaining rapid momentum among Australian kids with students aged 5-18 organising ‘school walk out’ events in cities and towns across Australia.

To find out more about School Strike 4 Climate Change, or register for an event head to www.schoolstrike4climate.com.

As always, studentleadership.news encourages student leaders to organise activities with the support of their school, and with a positive process and vision in place.
