Help Affected Schools to Rebuild

As Bushfires continue to affect numerous areas across Australia, the far-reaching devastastation of the fires is increasing.

Numerous worthwhile fundraising efforts have been focused on assisting the fire service, wildlife, and large organisations such as the Salvation Army.

Another area of need will be supporting affected schools, who will hope to reopen only weeks after being damaged or destroyed from the fires. A key supporter of schools is the charity ‘School Aid Trust’. This organisation has strong links with schools, especially through their close association with the Australian Primary Principal’s Association.

“With funds available we will work with other NGO’s, principals’ associations and government agencies to support those in need of assistance” says School Aid. “Over 20 years we have forged some solid partnerships and gained insights into ways to effectively deliver help to victims, especially those who are young, projects associated with schools or education facilities and projects that support environmental or wildlife rehabilitation.”
