Nambucca High Adds Fun to RUOK Day

Students at Nambucca heads High School embraced the serious message of ‘RUOK Day’ alongside a whole lot of fun.

Working with the students to plan the day were specials from Headspace, The Buttery, Mission Australia’s 360 Outreach Program, NSW Police and the Lions Club.

At lunchtime on September 12th, over 400 students enjoyed a photo booth, handball competition, sport activity, a chill-out lounge, RUOK? freebies, and a sausage sizzle and fruit feast.

Each student received a pocket-sized card with simple instructions about how to start the important conversation with each other, and ask RUOK?
