Science Week at Kilvington Grammar

August 10th-19th is National Science Week in Australia. Kilvington Grammar, in Ormond Victoria, are one of the many schools where students have had unique opportunities to engage with various aspects of science.

At Kilvington Grammar, junior school students enjoyed a ‘Launch to the Future’ stage production. Year 8 students got up close and personal with reptiles, thanks to a visit from Reptile Encounters (pictured) who brought a range of animals including frogs, goannas, snakes, and even a crocodile.

In addition to the special visits, students have been involved in conducting some of their own innovative science experiments.
