Peninsula Grammar Invites Melbourne Mobile Farm to Help With Exams

Peninsula Grammar student leaders have organised the ‘Melbourne Mobile Farm’ to visit their school in the lead up to exams. A variety of animals were available for the students to cuddle, feed and pat in a bid to relieve stress and provide a break from schoolwork.

The initiative was started last year by the Student Wellbeing Committee, with Director of Positive Education Therese Joyce describing it as highly successful. “It starts to build up. Taking some time out with furry friends is a good way to de-stress,” said Prefect and member of the Student Wellbeing Committee, Minna.

Up to 200 students embraced the opportunity to spend time with the animal visitors.
