Bendemeer Primary Gets Busy for Busy Farmers

Bendemeer Primary School’s 16 students have supported farmers by working with the Country Women’s Association and Centacare New England. Donations were collected through a sausage sizzle, decorating and planting of herb pots, the building of scarecrows and participation in a Q&A about country life.

More than $200 was donated to Rural Aid and six bags of groceries collected were given to charity Doing it for Farmers pantry.
