Students Attempt World Record

Students, staff and even parents from Buddina State School have come together in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record. In the theme set by the famous children’s author, Dr Seuss, the school is attempting to break the world record for the largest gathering of people dressed up as Dr Seuss characters.

A Western Australia school currently holds the record at 890 people but Deputy Principal, Anthony Swan, believes Buddina State School students have beaten it, having 894 people involved in the dress up day.

The school is currently awaiting the results to see if their event will be accredited as successfully breaking the record.
